A digital warming campaign

The Brief & Background

When it came to the biggest product launch in 15 years, “pull out all the stops” was the design teams mentality. Internal and external international digital warming campaigns were launched for the new product.

 

What I Did

I designed the look and feel for the campaigns based on an announcement video done by a vendor. The look and feel ran through four internal campaign installments. Each internal installment had at least one new video, emails, educational documentation, and an intranet navigation update. The external campaign consisted of videos, emails and landing pages. I designed and built the elements for the campaigns and worked with IT on building and maintaining the intranet site.

Results

The new product was replacing a legacy piece of the portfolio. The sales teams and regional managers started conversations with their customers driven by campaign cultivated excitement.
